Ronaldo doubled his tally within minutes

Cristiano Ronaldo seems to have rediscovered his Real Madrid form in Italy, adding number two to his tally in the 63rd minute against Sassuolo. 

The 'Neroverdi' were punished as the 'Old Lady' sprinted forward on a counter-attack, with the Portuguese showcasing his incredible speed to get into space on the left flank. 

Douglas Costa's line-breaking pass to Khedira was key in the build-up to the goal, though former Liverpool midfielder Emre Can provided the assist. 

Cristiano Ronaldo received the ball on the left-hand side of the penalty area, and drove a classic low strike into the far corner past Consigli in the Sassuolo goal. 

It seems as if Roberto De Zerbi's side have found their deficit doubled before they could even react - the Juventus strikeforce will be happy to get into unstoppable form before they take on Valencia in the Champions League on Wednesday.
