Oxford broke onto the scene last season with a man-of-the-match performance away against Arsenal on the opening game of last season, a day which also saw him become the youngest player in Premier League.
The 17-year-old since played 13 more games for the Hammers, two of which have come this season, but allegedly rejected a contract offer from the club back in May.
The defender/midfielder is now expected to sign a new deal with West Ham, according to 'Sky Sports'.
Oxford had been linked with moves to Manchester United and Manchester City, but will now likely stay in east London when he signs a new deal.
