Raul tests positive for COVID-19

Coronavirus is still affecting Real Madrid B (Real Madrid Castilla). The club announced another case of COVID-19, this time it is Raul Gonzalez Blanco.,

This positive result has come about due to the routine checks Real Madrid carry out on their employees for everyone's safety. Raul is now self-isolating at home and resting. 

Raul will not be on the bench for this weekend's Segunda B match between Real Madrid Castilla and Getafe B.

Real Madrid B have yet to play a competitive match in 2021. Up to now, all their matches have been called off either due to COVID-19 or because of the weather during Storm Filomena which hit the Spanish capital hard. 

Now, all the B team players will have to be re-tested to make sure they have not got the virus so they can prepare for the Getafe game.
