PSG have confirmed it. On their official website, the Parisian outfit reported that Sergio Ramos will miss the next Ligue 1 clash. That see Monaco make the trip to the Parc des Princes on Sunday.
Apparently, the Spanish central defender will alternate between individual and group training in the coming days to become fitter and then aim to train with the rest of the squad next week.
Including the Monaco fixture, the former Real Madrid captain will have missed four matches through "muscle fatigue" since he made his debut against St Etienne.
Ramos was out of the matches against Nice and Lens and he also sat out the Champions League game with Brugge. Ramos has yet to make a Champions League appearance for his new club.
FInally, the Spaniard has not recovered in time so Mauricio Pochettino and the club's medical services have preferred to rest him until he is 100%.
This is PSG's medical update on Ramos:
"Sergio Ramos will continue his individual and collective preparation in the coming days with the aim of being with the squad next week."
