Premier League tempts Diawara

Diawara arrived at Roma last summer after a promising spell at Napoli. However, his stay in the Italian capital could be a short one due to Premier League interest. 

Several English sides are after the midfielder, 'Il Messagero' reports, without revealing the identity of those teams. 

Despite being just 22, Diawara already knows what it is like to play in Serie A. He has made 19 appearances in all competitions for Fonseca's side this season. 

Just when he was becoming a regular in the starting eleven, the Guinean suffered an injury in January to his meniscus which kept him out for over a month. He then returned on 7th March, but then COVID-19 halted the league.
