According to data from 'Whoscored.com' these are the players who have featured in the most different positions logged by 'Opta', since the start of the 2017/18 season.
1. Ryan Fraser - nine different positions
Bournemouth's diminutive Scotsman comes in at number one. He has made a lightening start to the 2018/19 season playing as a wide forward, however he has featured everywhere from right back, to left wing back and central attacking midfield as well as his favoured attacking roles.
2. Marc Albrigthon - eight different positions
The Premier League winner is less of a regular at the King Power stadium nowadays, perhaps due to his ability to cover multiple positions as a squad player. His two appearances this season have both come in wide attacking positions this season. However in the last 14 months he has filled in from right back to wide left foward.
=2. Marko Arnautovic - eight different positions
The former Stoke man has been impressive for West Ham ever since his arrival at the London Stadium. Arnautovic has impressed in a range of attacking positions, he has played as a wide midfielder on both sides in a 4-4-2, but has excelled more in his outings as a central striker or palying just off the front man.
=2. Michail Antonio - eight different positions
Antonio's power and pace mean he is capable of covering a number of roles capably, but his eye for goal makes him at his best going forward. Perhaps the fact that two West Ham players feature in this list is indicative of the instability at the club in recent years, with Antonio a victim of this. Featuring in positions as varied as right back and striker, the Englishman couldn't be blamed if he wants to focus on only one position in the future.
