Barcelona are looking to keep up their good form as they make the trip to play Elche in a La Liga clash. Xavi Hernandez's men come into the game after beating Athletic Bilbao last time out.
Xavi will have Jordi Alba back for the game as he was suspended against Athletic Bilbao, but Ansu Fati and Sergi Roberto are both still recovering from injuries. Despite having almost their players available, there could be rotations thinking ahead of the Europa League game against Galatasaray.
One that seems a nailed on starter in the XI is Aubameyang. The Gabonese has been in good form and he has become Barca's number 9 on metit. Ferran looks set to start again, but it would not be surprising if Xavi rested him and left him on the bench to start with. That is the same as what Frenkie de Jong did last time out.
For Elche, Francisco will not be able to play the suspended Gumbau while Fidel should return to the XI. Bigas, Palacios and Pastore are doubts and will struggle to be ready in time for the La Liga game. Another player who may not play is Mojica. He has been singled out by his coach and he has a knock. Olaza could replace him on the left flank.
The possible line-ups for Elche-Barcelona are as follows:
Elche: Édgar Badía; Barragán, Enzo Roco, Diego González, Mojica; Tete Morente, Kike Pérez, Omar Mascarell, Fidel; Boyé and Pere Milla.
Barcelona: Ter Stegen; Dani Alves, Araujo, Piqué, Jordi Alba; Frenkie de Jong, Busquets, Pedri; Adama, Aubameyang y Ferran.
