Porto, who were crowned league champions last week, concluded their season with a 2-0 victory over Estoril at Do Dragao on Saturday. The result meant they broke the record for the team with the most points at the end of the Portuguese season, achieving a grand total of 91 points.
Sérgio Conceição's side lifted Porto's 30th league trophy in front of their fans who were in full party mode after mathematically winning the league at the Estadio da Luz, home of arch rivals Benfica, last week.
Porto won Saturday's match thanks to a Joãozinho own goal in the opening stages of the second half, and a Fernando Andrade goal just before the 90th minute which put the three points beyond doubt. This was the player's first appearance all season after a year peppered with injuries.
Porto have achieved the title and their tally of 91 points with 29 wins, four draws and one defeat. They have broken the record previously set by Benfica in the 2015/16 season and the Porto side of 2017/18 of 88 points.
In the stadium, fans were seen wearing t-shirts with the name Igor printed on them in homage to the fan who died during the title celebrations last weekend.
