Sergio Ramos left Real Madrid and signed for PSG. But we are already in October and the Spanish center-back hasn't played a single minute for his new club.
Ramos has missed every pre-season and season game due to his injury and this has even affected his relationship with his new teammates. "It's not easy to fit in the group. You are injured, you have different schedules and you still need to coexist with your teammates", said Pochettino on Ramos' situation.
In 'Universo Valdano', the Argentinian coach was asked about what he expects from Sergio Ramos.
"Maybe Ramos' reality is different to 2014, or Messi's and Neymar's. These footballers have been great champions but they need to adapt to their new reality. We all know they have been the best, but they need to play at a certain level still", claimed Pochettino.
Despite his comments, Pochettino believes it is in Ramos' hands to show everyone his talent: "If he gets back to a great form, of course, we can achieve anything we want to. Now he needs to focus on getting back to the best form he possibly can".
He also talked about Messi, who he considers "a gift from life". "He is a superstar, most likely the best of all time", he claimed.
