The 39-year-old is seemingly not happy at having been given just 35 pace, a stat that makes him one of the slowest players on the popular video game.
In protest, the veteran created a video with the help of his current employers, League Two side Morecambe, in which he showed statistical evidence that he is actually much quicker than players with much higher ratings.
To display his point, Ellison uses stats regarding number of sprints and top speeds and compares them to his team-mates, who can be seen laughing and joking about the situation.
According to the stats, Ellison's top speed is 33.03km/h, making him anything but the slowest player on the team.
Andrew Fleming and Liam Mandeville are two of the players to draw Ellison's ire, with the pair having 72 pace despite only recording top speeds of 31.82km/h and 31.36km/h respectively.
However, the worst discrepancy is reserved for AJ Leitch-Smith, who possesses 78 pace despite running a whole 2km/h slower than Ellison.
The video ends on a humorous note, with Ellison pretending to be an old man.
