Dinamo Brest were beaten 1-0 at Vitebsk on Saturday which continues their inconsistent start to the season in the Belarusian league.
The away team not only lost the game 1-0, but also finished the match with nine men after seeing two red cards.
Twenty minutes from time and at 0-0, Sergei Chistov, the referee, controversially sent off Kiki for a second yellow card after a handball on the edge of the area.
But things got worse for Dinamo Brest when Yevhen Khacheridi, the ex-PAOK and Dynamo Kiev man with more than 50 caps for Ukraine, got himself dismissed.
The veteran defender inexplicably kicked Diego Carioca on the leg when the ball was safely in the keeper's hands. Chistov spotted the off the ball incident and gave him his marching orders. As it was inside the box, Vitebsk got a penalty kick as well and Nicolaescu made no mistake to give Vitebsk a 1-0 win.
But that was not the end of it. Khacheridi, who has experience in the Champions League and the European Championship, tried to attack the referee in the tunnel and it all kicked off. His actions would lead to him being sacked.
Just 24 hours after the game, several sources are reporting that Dinamo Brest will part company with the player with immediate effect. The three games he has played for Dinamo Brest in recent weeks will end up being the only three competitive matches the 32 year-old plays for the Belarusian club.
