Rafinha left Barcelona last summer to regain his best form and find consistency at Celta and now, with the end of the season just around the corner, Barça are looking for a buyer.
The Brazilian international has no option to buy at Celta and, although the club would pay for his transfer, Rafinha prefers to try to get to a more important team in Europe.
The price of the player will still go down from 75 to 16 million after Rafinha reached an agreement with Barcelona to renew a year and lower its termination clause.
Rafinha has attracted a lot of interest in the Premier League and Serie A and the Brazilian remains on hold.
Barça does not rule out offering Inter the chance to have the player back. It should be remembered that he already played for the 'Nerazzurri' team in the 2017-18 season and could not stay then due to the financial constraints of the Italian team. The Premier League is also keeping an eye on his future.
