Bad news continues in terms of injuries are concerned for Xavi Hernandez. In the game against Mallorca, Pique lasted just 28 minutes and he had to be replaced.
According to 'AS', the central defender has reportedly had tests on Tuesday to get to know the extent of the injury. Something that has not brought good news because everything seems to suggest that he has suffered a relapse of tendinopathy in his left adductor muscle.
It is for that reason that Pique is practically ruled out of the match at the weekend against Betis and he could even miss the game against Celta Vigo.
The central defender has had injury problems in that part of his body. If the injury does not improve in the coming days, the defender could say goodbye to the rest of the season. That would be a headache for Xavi.
