Italy will face Finland in a game which is first versus second in Group J of Euro 2020 qualifying. Separated by just three points, the two teams are dominating the group. The Azzurri have 15 points while Finland are just three behind them.
The Italians do not want to lose top spot at the Ratina Stadion in Tampere so they will put out a strong XI although there will be the odd change.
And the thing is Roberto Mancini confirmed in the press conference that he will give Luca Pellegrini his debut while Stefano Sensi will replace the suspended Marco Verratti.
Mancini wants to assure qualification for Euro 2020 by getting three points this Sunday and then beating Greece on 12th October. That would see the Italians guarantee their place at the Euros next year.
