Pedro Porro refused to train to force his move to Tottenham

Pedro Porro was sure he was going to sign for Tottenham when negotiations broke down. The Portuguese team did not want to cooperate with Conte's side. As a result, the defender decided not to train on Monday to put pressure on the board.

In addition, the Spanish player contacted his manager to ask him to speak to the board and continue talks with the English club. Porro is keen to play in the Premier League and continue his career in England.

According to 'The Athletic', the transfer was supposed to cost 50 million euros but Sporting did not play their part and the negotiations were paused. 

The Portuguese club will have to make a decision as soon as possible to give an answer to Pedro Porro, who wants to leave the Portuguese league whatever it takes.
