Paterson levelled for Cardiff

The Scot climbed highest to nod home Kadeem Harris' deflected cross from a matter of yards.

Cardiff had looked better after conceding in just the sixth minute from a Lewis Dunk header, and their reward came in the 28th minute.

Harris collected the ball, before making a driving run into the area, and crossing the ball.

Gaetan Bong tried to clear the ball, but his weak contact only served to direct the ball perfectly into Paterson's path.

From such a close range, he could not miss, and the game was levelled up.
