Palmer's four-goal shirt fetches over 31,000 euros at auction

Cole Palmer had an unforgettable game last weekend against Brighton. The Chelsea player scored all four of his side's goals in a 4-2 win over Brighton and did so in just 20 minutes of the first half to set some history-making records.

However, the England international will not be keeping the shirt in which he achieved the feat, as Match Worn Shirts is auctioning the shirt the playmaker wore at Stamford Bridge on 28 September for charity.

So far, the bidding for the shirt is exceeding all expectations. Currently, the highest price offered is 31,117 euros and, as there is still one day left, there is hope that it could be the highest-valued shirt auctioned on the website.

Cristiano Ronaldo holds the record for now with a shirt of his that was sold in 2022 for 43,000 euros, but in these types of auctions, most of the bids come in the last few hours.

The highest bid as of 4 October is from the United States and the description of the shirt states that it was the garment worn by Cole Palmer during the 90 minutes of the match. In addition, the company Fabricks authenticated the garment, which is also signed by the player.
