Juventus appointed Andrea Pirlo as their new coach after Sarri's dismissal. The Champions League elimination at the hands of Lyon ended the former Napoli man's time as Juve boss. Pirlo's salary will be far less than what Sarri was getting.
According to 'Mundo Deportivo', the new Juventus coach will earn 1.8 million euros per year. That amount could be increased thanks to bonuses.
Pirlo will only get paid more than three players in the first team squad. Demiral (1.8 million without bonus), Buffon (1.5 million) and third choice keeper Pinsoglio (300,000 euros)
Sarri, his predecesor, was getting 5.5 million euros a year, treble what Pirlo will get. Cristiano Ronaldo leads the way with 31 million euros a year.
