OFFICIAL: Sevilla renew Pimienta until 2027 after Valladolid win

While celebrating their 2-1 win over Real Valladolid, Sevilla made official the renewal of Garcia Pimienta's contract until 30 June 2027. The decision was announced by president Del Nido Carrasco in the dressing room.

"We are building the foundations of another great Sevilla and I always talk about a long-term project. I wanted to tell you that we offered the coach and the coaching staff the renewal. He has accepted it and will be with us until 2027," he said.

"This is further proof that the project is solid. The confidence in the coaching staff and you - the players - is absolute. Congratulations on the victory and enjoy it," concluded Del Nido Carrasco in the video released by Sevilla on social media.

With their second La Liga win, the Andalusian club are now looking to get back to winning ways without Europe in their sights.
