The 22-year-old only joined the 'Toffees' from Malaga in the summer after a profliic season in which he bagged 16 goals in 32 games for the Andalucians.
However, the former Barcelona striker has failed to establish himself at Goodison Park, first under Ronald Koeman and now Sam Allardyce and the club have elected to loan the player out as he looks to secure regular football.
Allardyce admitted last month that Sandro had struggled to show his best form since his summer move, saying: "There are players in this position like Sandro that have not adapted to the rhythm of the Premier League and they have not been able to show what they did in Spain."
Sandro has made 15 appearances for Everton this season, scoring just once.
His availability led to serious interest from several Spanish sides but it is Sevilla who have won the race, pending a medical.
