OFFICIAL: Leicester City sign attacker Fousseni Diabate

With coverage of today's clash against Chelsea in full flow, the 'Foxes' have announced that the 22-year.old has penned a four-and-a-half-year deal to join the fomer Premier League champions. 

A versatile player who can play as a winger or striker, Diabate had made 20 appearances for the French team in all competitions this season and has represented Mali at Under-20 and Under-23 level.

The left-footed player joined the Corsican outfit in the summer after spending two seasons with Guingamp where he netted 12 times in 49 appearances for the club. 

It could be a case of one in, one out for Claude Puel's side with rumours circulating about the future of winger Riyad Mahrez, who was indispensable in their standout season in which they stole the League crown from the 'top six'.
