The Koscielny saga has reached its conclusion. He is returning to his home country to join Bordeaux, the team announced on their official Twitter account. The English side made the agreement public a few minutes before the footballer's new team.
The player's situation had become unsustainable in London. He had ended up refusing to travel to the USA because he did not like the treatment he was receiving. Not long ago, an agreement for five million euros came out, so it is likely that was the final price.
It was eyecatching, in fact, the way the Gunners said goodbye to their central defender, because the tweet was very brief and the announcement was accompanied by a photo of the Frenchman in a serious pose.
However, the statement was perfectly normal and they thanked Koscielny "for his contribution to the club and wish him all the best for the future."

Now he will bring his Premier League experience to Bordeaux who finished 14th last season. Koscielny's mission will be to give security to the defence to help the team rise up the table.
