Aleksandr Golovin will join the Ligue 1 side from CSKA Moscow.
Golovin came to the attention of the side after an impressive performance at the World Cup in Russia.
Juventus and Chelsea were both keen to land the 22-year-old, but it seems that Monaco beat them to it.

Monaco were reportedly going to pay a fee of around €30million for Golovin, but this has not been confirmed.
Monaco's vice-president Vadim Vasilyev spoke to the press yesterday and said:
"Monaco and CSKA this afternoon finally agreed on the transfer of Golovin."
"They really were complicated. Honestly, until the last moment I was not sure that I would be able to coordinate this transfer."
"Our main competitor was Chelsea. I believe Monaco offered more favourable conditions for the club and a more understandable project for Golovin."
