Manchester United have found a replacement for Dean Henderson, who has joined Crystal Palace, rather quickly. The Red Devils have announced the arrival of Fenerbahce goalkeeper Altay Bayindir.
The Turkey international has signed a four-year contract with the Mancunian club, with the option of a further year, subject to international clearance.
The 25-year-old goalkeeper was key to Fenerbahce finishing second in the Turkish League and becoming Turkish Cup champion last season, making 40 official appearances, all of them as a starter.
"It is a huge honour to join Manchester United and become the first Turkish player to represent this incredible club. I have a passion for success, and I will give everything to help this special group of players to achieve our ambitions," said Bayindir.
The former Fenerbahce goalkeeper thus becomes Manchester United's fourth signing this summer after Mason Mount, Andre Onana and Rasmus Hojlund.
