The 30-year-old has joined Spanish side Las Palmas after ending his Chelsea contract and passing a medical in London on Friday ahead of a two-year deal.
The centre-forward, who has played for clubs in France and England, will make his La Liga debut after he touches down in Gran Canaria on Friday at 21:30 local time.
He will join his new teammates on Saturday before being officially unveiled at the Estadio Gran Canaria at 13:00.
