Arsenal continued their good form after picking up another win. The Gunners travelled to Bournemouth looking for their third consecutive win to go top of the Premier League table. An incredible performance from Odegaard and a good style of play helped the London side take all three points against the Cherries.
The visitors started the first half in style. The high pressing that Arteta has introduced into his team's style of play at the start of the season is proving key. The Gunners already took the lead thanks to an early goal in the 5th minute from Odegaard. After an incredible play by Gabriel Jesus, in which the Brazilian dribbled past three players and found Odegaard inside the box with a good pass, the Norwegian scored the first with a shot across the goal.
A few minutes later, the former Real Madrid player scored a brace after another good play from the London team. Saka made a pass to White who was on the right flank. The full-back squared the ball to the penalty spot where Gabriel Jesus controlled it, but it was the captain who smashed the ball into the net.
The home side failed to create any scoring chances during the first half as they struggled to keep possession of the ball due to Arteta's team's good pressing.
Bournemouth started the second half better than the first, but it was not enough to prevent Saliba's 55th minute banger. Martinelli received the ball inside the box from White's cross, the Brazilian passed to Saliba, who, in a striker position, struck a great shot into the top corner of the goal.
Gabriel Jesus scored the fourth goal after receiving the ball inside the box following a great pass from Odegaard, but the Brazilian's goal was disallowed for offside.
