Despite the market having already closed in England, some departures and loans are still permitted - one case is that of Everton's Oumar Niasse.
According to reports in Turkey, Niasse wants to join Galatasaray, who have seen their star striker, Bafetimbi Gomis, leave to Al Hilal already this summer.
The Senegalese forward, who scored 9 goals for Everton last season, is close to joining the Turkish outfit, according to 'AMK'.
Niasse, 28, has had an interesting time at Everton. After joining in February 2016 from Lokomotiv Moscow, he played just 152 minutes of football in his first season before being told to search for a new club by then manager Ronald Koeman.
Then, in the 2017-8 season, he returned to Everton following a loan to Hull City, and began to make an impact in the starting XI.
