Newcastle have turned down £15million from Stoke City, who are looking to sign Matt Ritchie.
Newcastle supporters have shown support for the rejection of Stoke's proposed deal for Ritchie.
The midfielder has become a fan favourite and is also a popular choice with Rafa Benitez, who has trusted the Scot to provide service from out wide.
However, according to the 'Daily Mail,' Benitez is not sure that he will be able to play Ritchie in more that 25 matches next season.
For this reason, the Newcastle manager could be open to allowing a move, should the right offer be put to the club.
Ritchie helped Newcastle return to the Premier League, and played a key part in the subsquent 10th place finish.
He made 35 Premier League appearances for the club last season.
