Mustafi without a club and on Fiorentina's radar

Mustafi wants a new challenge and to sort out his future as soon as possible. At 29, the German central defender is without a club even though it does not look like he will be short of offers this summer. 

'TuttoMercato' reports that Fiorentina have got their eyes on Mustafi, who must decide where he should play next season. Returning to Italy is one of the options he has on the table. 

Fiorentina are thinking of selling Pezzella and Milenkovic, but they would only do it if they managed to bolster the centre-back position, one of the most important on the pitch. 

Mustafi is one of the most attractive free agents around in Europe. Fiorentina will try to persuade the former Arsenal and Valencia man so that he can try and get back to his best in Serie A.
