Unai Emery finished with many bad times at the end of his spell at Arsenal, but one of them was not Gary Neville, who came through to defend him.
"I don't know who's been responsible for the signings in the last two or three years, but they've done and broken down and brought in new people and maybe not prepared," said the former Valencia coach in Sky Sports.
The Englishman charged against the management, but also against the players: "You see horrible things in defenders and midfielders. The players have definitely disappointed Emery".
Without hiding, he aimed directly at three names. "They're a disaster. Mustafi, Sokratis and David Luiz are untrainable," Neville added of the gunners.
To close, he again gave 'stick' to the high spheres. "It must be clear that the club's market strategy in recent years has been pathetic," he concluded.
