Monaco to sign Augustin

Many clubs have been after Augustin this summer. Finally, it seems like Monaco will be the side who get the promising French attacker. 

'L'Equipe' states that Monaco have managed to sign him on loan. After negotiations with RB Leipzig, the German club have decided to loan him out. Monaco will apparently have the option (or the obligation) to buy the player once the 2019-20 season finishes. 

Since his arrival at RB Leipzig, Augustin has not done anything other than surprise people. In the 2017-18 season, he had his best season in his professional career. He scored 12 goals and gave six assists in 37 matches. Last term, he netted eight times. 

He would be a great reinforcement for the Monaco attack who have not started the season well at all. They have just one point and are second bottom in Ligue 1.
