The Serbian international is considered a set-piece specialist, and could have given his side a vital goal on Sunday had he been able to convert from the penalty spot.
However, he saw his effort saved by 'Toffees' goalkeeper Jordan Pickford as the game went on to end in a 2-0 defeat for Milivojevic's side.
That now means that the midfielder has missed two of his last 11 penalties for the club, but he insists that he can still handle the responsability even if he is disappointed with his last effort.
"I was 100 per cent sure that I was going to score," Milivojevic told 'Sky Sports'.
"I step up to take responsibility to try to make something good and positive for my team and in the end you miss and after that you are punished in the last five minutes. It's hard and very painful."
"Just in the end I think I did a mistake in my last step before the shot and maybe that decided it, but I have confidence to take another one and score for my team."
