Milivojevic put Palace in front from the spot
Despite Arsenal being clear favourites on the back of 11-game winning run, Crystal Palace took the lead just before the half-time whistle.
The 'Eagles' piled forward into the Arsenal box before Cheikhou Kouyate was brought down by Shkodran Mustafi, with the referee signalling to the spot.
Serbian midfielder Luka Milivojevic stepped up and converted into the bottom left corner, sending Bernd Leno the wrong way.
The goal was Milivojevic's first of the season.
