Real Madrid centre-back Eder Militao said he has a "good feeling" on his gradual return to the pitch after eight months out injured and reassured about a "blow" he suffered to his knee, which he said was "nothing".
"I'm very happy for everything I've been doing and the confidence of everyone. The sensations are good. I had a blow to my knee, I fell, but it's nothing. I have a good feeling. I'm very prepared mentally, which hasn't been easy, and now I'm coming back little by little. Being out for eight months is difficult," he said in the mixed zone.
Militao did not want to assess whether he is ready to start in the Champions League final: "I'll leave it to the coach". What he did ask is that none of the players whose contracts are up - Nacho, Modric and Kroos - leave Real Madrid.
"We have to keep them all on. We are doing very well and we want them all to continue", he said. He also commented that he sees Vinicius close to winning the Ballon d'Or and the competition with Bellingham. "To win it? Both, but Vinicius is the best for me. If he keeps doing things like this, it won't be long", he said.
