Militao needed just 3 minutes to open the scoring against Getafe

Eder Militao only needed 2 minutes and 56 seconds to grab the first goal in the Coliseum Alfonso Perez. The Brazilian rose the highest to open the scoring with a header after a good Luca Modric assist from a corner. 

From the left hand corner, the Croatian internationl floated a lovely ball in for Militao who, after leaving his marker for dead, rose the highest above the Getafe players to hook it in with his head. 

Unstoppable, the strike found the bottom of David Soria's net, who was left rooted to the spot, powerless to do anything but look up and admire the shot. 

This quick goal from Militao is the earliest goal that Real Madrid have scored away from home in a league game since 21st November 2020, when Mariano netted past Villarreal after just 105 seconds.
