The coronavirus pandemic continues to wreak havoc in the world of football. For now, football continues during the second wave alongside most other sports.
After the outbreak of a new strain of coronavirus on a minsk farm in Demark, the UK government have put new measures into place: Anyone returning to the country will have to quarantine for 14 days, with no exemptions.
Liverpool continue to work towards their game against Midtjylland at the start of December and hope that the government will offer an exemption to elite sports teams in the meantime.
The Anfield side could reconsider the Champions League game, and according to the 'Daily Mail', they are in contact with UEFA and the Danish FA to try and resolve the situation.
