Messi penalty should have been retaken due to Verratti encroachment!

There was controversy at the Parc des Princes. In the first half of PSG versus Barca, Barca dominated, but PSG took the lead through an Mbappe penalty. 

Barca levelled moments later after a superb Messi strike from distance, but then he saw a penalty saved onto the bar just before half-time which would have made it 1-2. 

The spot kick should have been retaken as Marco Verratti was inside the D when Messi took the spot kick and the Italian touched the ball with his head after Keylor Navas had saved the penalty. 

As he had a direct influence on the play, the penalty should have been retaken. VAR Stuart Attwell checked the penalty, but did not order a retake. It was 1-1 at that point and that is how it finished.
