Atletico Madrid coach Diego Pablo Simeone on Saturday finalised preparations for tomorrow's game against Barcelona at Camp Nou without Memphis Depay, who is still recovering from a muscle injury and will miss his fifth game in a row, and Reinildo Mandava, out until next season with a ruptured anterior cruciate ligament in his right knee suffered last February.
Injured on 27th March with the Netherlands against Gibraltar (3-0), the striker has been training on the sidelines all week as part of his fitness programme, but is not yet available for the trip to the Camp Nou, where Simeone will also be without Marcos Llorente and Geoffrey Kondogbia, who are suspended for five yellow cards, in addition to Reinildo.
The rest of the squad is ready for the clash, in which Simeone is expected to field an eleven featuring Jan Oblak in goal; Nahuel Molina, Stefan Savic, Jose Maria Gimenez, Mario Hermoso and Yannick Carrasco, in defence; Rodrigo de Paul, Koke Resurreccion and Thomas Lemar, in midfield; and Antoine Griezmann and Angel Correa, up front.
Simeone spoke to the media before the game at a press conference and responded to those who say that Atletico have a defined style. "There are people who don't watch the games and give their opinion just for the sake of giving their opinion," he said.
