Marcus McGuane arrived at Barcelona's youth team in January 2018 after leaving Arsenal's youth setup. However, the midfielder never managed to cement a starting place and was shipped out on loan to Telstar of the Dutch 2nd division in the summer.
He hasn't managed to become a regular there either and he could start 2020 at a different club. According to 'The Sun', several English clubs are speaking with the Irishman, although they haven't given names.
The aforementioned source explains that the player is in England to sort out his signing directly. He isn't training and the club now know that he won't play the match against FC Eindhoven on Friday either.
Barca loaned out McGuane to Telstar for a year and a half, although the player and his representatives are trying to find him an immediate exit. If no deal is done, the player will return to Telstar and continue his loan and wait for more options.
