We could say sometimes that, with his dribbles, his great goals, or his great superiority, Kylian Mbappé laughs at defenders and his opponents. However, he hasn't always had that seat of authority he enjoys today.
The Parisian's ex-Monaco teammate, Guido Carrillo, made it clear, revealing in a macro chart with 'FOX Sports with old glories of Argentine football why they used to laugh at him.
"That's right, I used to laugh. He'd just come from playing in an U-18 European Championship or something, where he'd done very well, and he got promoted to the first team. But he came with his mother because he didn't have a licence and the boys were laughing," he said.
Beyond the anecdote, Carrillo noted that he soon saw that there was a player of great level in him: "You could already see that he was different, he was flying".
