Fran Garcia, who came off the bench in Real Madrid's win over Real Betis, analysed the impact that Kylian Mbappe is having on the ‘Merengue’ squad. The full-back believes that the Frenchman's great contribution no longer lies in his sporting performance, but in how he has added to the group on a personal level.

Real Madrid left-back Fran Garcia highlighted the figure and the ‘person’ of Frenchman Kylian Mbappe, who scored a brace for the first time in the 2-0 win over Betis on Sunday.

"Mbappe brings a lot to the team. Especially as a person. We make a spectacular group. He has adapted well and we have to try to make it as easy as possible for him to give us even more", he said on “Real Madrid TV”.

Fran Garcia analysed the victory against Betis. "We knew they were a team who were going to come here to play a tough game. We had to get three points and, when they opened up a bit more, it was good for us", he said.

"The victory has incredible merit. Going into the international break with a win and three points gives us a good feeling. We have to keep working and the results will come", he added.
