Money is now a problem for Paris Saint-Germain. Manchester City want to sign Tanguy Kouassi and it seems that the French club will have no choice but to give him up because of the 'Financial Fair Play'.
According to 'L'Équipe', the side managed by Pep Guardiola are interested in Kouassi, who is a 17-year-old French CB and is considered one of the most promising in French Football.
PSG's idea is that Kouassi is a substitute, in the medium term, to Thiago Silva in the centre of defence. Thomas Tuhcel thinks he still needs an adaption process and this could be the main reason for his departure.
If the young CB ends up leaving the French outfit, he will join a long list of starlets that the club have sold. In the last transfer window, PSG got 60 million for selling players such as Weah, Diaby and Nkunku.
