Madrid train for Betis clash but with London in mind

Real Madrid's first-choice players are already preparing for the Champions League final against Borussia Dortmund, with a league clash against Real Betis as a warm-up for the Wembley showdown.

Without the injured David Alaba and Aurelien Tchouameni, who has little chance of arriving in time for the Champions League final due to the stress injury he has been suffering in his left foot since the return leg of the semi-final, and with those who played on Sunday at Villarreal at a different pace, the squad completed the morning at the Valdebebas training complex.

Ancelotti led the group of players who will start the last two games of the campaign, on Saturday against Betis at the Santiago Bernabeu and, a week later, in London.

Ancelotti is already preparing the details for the Champions League final, in which Real Madrid will be looking to win their 15th European trophy. After the good performance of Thibaut Courtois, who was a substitute at Villarreal and who will return to the starting line-up for the final matchday of La Liga, the Belgian will start in goal and the rest of the starting line-up has been defined for the Italian coach.
