One of this summer's transfer sagas is finally reaching its end. Midfielder Manuel Locatelli, who had been on Juventus' agenda for several months, now finds himself in Turin undergoing his medical to complete his move to the club.
According to reports, the Italian will arrive at the 'Vecchia Signora' from Sassuolo for a fee of 35 million euros, signing a five-year deal with his new club, until 2026.
Still just 23 years old, the recent European champion with Italy is seen by Juventus as one of the fundamental pillars in the middle park, with the aim of improving their performance in the future as much as the present.
Despite Locatelli's imminent arrival, Massimiliano Allegri still hopes to bring in Miralem Pjanic. The Bosnian is on Ronald Koeman's transfer list, meaning he could make his return to the Serie A before the window closes on 31st August.
