Liverpool's Allan loaned to Hertha Berlin
Allan is yet to make a first-team appearance for the Reds, but had a couple of loan spells at Finnish side Seinajoki and Belgium's Sint-Truidense VV last season.
The 19-year-old is a Brazil U-20 international and will look to gain experience in one of Europe's top leagues with Hertha Berlin in the Bundesliga.
