FT: Besiktas 1 - 3 Bayern (1-8 on aggregate) Bayern were simply the better side tonight, and over the two legs. Besiktas gave their all throughout, and were rewarded with a fairly sloppy goal, but Bayern's class was too much, and their three goals on the night (Thiago 18', Gonul OG 46', Wagner 83') made them 8-1 winners over the two legs.
  • 88'
Muller hacks down a Besiktas player just outside the box, and finds it hilarious that a foul is given. The following delivery is good, and is a few inches away from being headed in.
  • 86'
Another shot on target for Besiktas, but again no trouble for Ulreich. Talisca gets a head on the ball after a corner, but it is too weak.
  • 83'
GOAL! Wagner makes it 1-3 to Bayern. Again too easy for Bayern. James skips down the left wing, before laying it off to David Alaba. The left back hits it into the box, and his deflected ball finds Wagner, who buries the tap-in. 1-3 on the night, 1-8 on aggregate, game over.
  • 80'
Decent curled effort from Quaresma there, after a burst of pace down the left, but his shot doesn't trouble Ulreich.
  • 78'
Wagner tries it on the counter down the right, but he lacks the pace to beat the Besiktas chasers.
  • 75'
James Rodriguez has a go from just outside the box, after cutting in from the right wing, but his effort is off target.
  • 74'
Babel comes on, replacing goalscorer Vagner Love, who looks like he might be hurt.
  • 73'
Looks like Ryan Babel is going to come on here. He is receiving his instructions from the coaches.
  • 72'
A bit of a scrap between RIbery and the Besiktas defenders there. The Frenchman wants a free kick right outside the Besiktas box, but Michael Oliver gives a goal kick instead.
  • 70'
Yellow for Ozyakup, after the Besiktas man brings down Jerome Boateng. A lot of yellows being handed out tonight.
  • 68'
Bayern sub. Lewandowski comes off and Wagner comes on.

GOAL! BESIKTAS! VAGNER LOVE! I spoke too soon! Besiktas find a goal from nowhere, as Gokhan Gonul shows strength to lay off for Vagner Love. The forward tussles with the Bayern defender, and falls to the ground, but manages to shoot, which is a shock to Ulreich, and the ball rolls underneath him into the bottom left corner.
  • 55'
Bayern taking it easy here. The visitors are dominating possession, but are taking their time in their build up play. A patient attacking move nearly leads to a goal, as Ribery's dinked ball is headed away and almost met by James Rodriguez. Don't be surprised if Bayern add another to their tally.
  • 51'
There's a cat on the pitch...It is prowling down by the corner flag, and Michael Oliver looks very confused. The play is stopped for a minute, and then the game continues. Someone needs to have a word with security.

GOAL! BAYERN! OWN GOAL FROM GONUL! Bayern score within the first minute of the second half, with a gift from the home side. Ribery breaks down the right and gives it to Rafinha, who crosses in. The ball beats the first two men, but is met by Gokhan Gonul, who tries to clear, but puts it in his own net. 7-0 to Bayern on aggregate now.
  • 46'
Bayern get us back underway! Besiktas need 7 now. Can they produce a miracle? Probably not.
  • 45'
HT: Besiktas 0 - 1 Bayern Bayern have effectively already gone through here. Their 5-0 lead coming into the game was almost certainly enough to see them through, but Thiago's first-half away goal means that Besiktas now need seven in the second half. Besiktas are doing their best but Bayern are just too good for them.
  • 45'
Some sharp passing play from Bayern there, who try to attack down the right, but are forced down the left in the end. Ribery tries to find his way into the box, but forces a corner instead. It doesn't come to anything, though.
  • 40'
Another tactical foul from Bayern leads to another yellow. This time it's Boateng, who is forced to body-check Lens after some good work from the Besiktas player just inside the Bayern half.
  • 36'
Besiktas catch Bayern on the break through Vagner Love, who gets goalside of Mats Hummels. The centre-back is forced to give away a foul about 25 yards out, but the subsequent delivery from Quaresma goes out of play for a goal-kick. Hummels sees yellow for the foul.
  • 32'
It looks like Thiago is going to have to make way for James Rodriguez here. The goalscorer went off a few minutes ago in pain, and can't continue. Rogriguez indeed comes on to replace him. A sad sight for Bayern fans.
  • 31'
Quaresma is found with a dinked ball down the right flank. He turns and attempts a shot from distance, but it is miles over. The home fans are still in full voice, though, despite their side's fortunes.
  • 29'
For the third or fourth time, Besiktas latch onto a loose pass in the Bayern half. However, just like the previous occasions, Bayern's defensive presence is too strong.
  • 27'
Some nice hold up play down the left from Alaba leads to a corner for the visitors. Mats Hummels gets his head on it but it goes wide and high.
  • 25'
Besiktas string some good passes together, and Gonul whips a low cross into the box. Vidal collects, however, and smashes the ball off a Besiktas player out for a goal-kick.
  • 23'
There is clearly desire from the home side here, and the attackers are chasing after loose balls, but Bayern are showing their quality, and don't look very threatened.
  • 21'
That away goal means that Besiktas now need 7 goals to go through. That could be a bit too much of an ask.

GOAL! BAYERN! THIAGO! Easy for Bayern there. Muller put in some good work down the right, then whipped it into Thiago, who buried it at the back post. Simple. 0-1 Bayern.
  • 14'
Solid counter attack there from Quaresma, who pounced on a stray ball. It ends with a corner for Besiktas after an interception from Hummels, but the set piece ends with a goal-kick.
  • 12'
Vagner Love gets on the end of a cross but heads wide.
  • 9'
Close! Bayern win a free-kick about 25 yards out from the Besiktas net, and Alaba tests the keeper, but Zengin is able to stop it. He palms into the box, and Muller pounces, but hits it over the bar.
  • 8'
Incredible volume from the home fans, and Besiktas answer the call, pushing into the Bayern box, but the final ball isn't good enough.
  • 6'
Lewandowski finds himself in acres of space behind the Besiktas defence, and shoots at Zengin, but the referee correctly rules him offside.
  • 4'
Besiktas make a first foray into Bayern's half, but the attack breaks down, and Thiago is fouled. Then, a minute later Rafinha is also crunched by a Lens, but no foul is given. Noisy start here as the home support make themselves heard.
  • 1'
Early chance for Bayern, but Arturo Vidal heads wide of the post from Alaba's cross. The midfielder was in bags of space at the back post.

Off we go! Besiktas get us underway at the Vodafone stadium!
