Lionel Messi's first goal on Japan tour

On Wednesday, Paris Saint-Germain played their first friendly of their tour of Japan. The Parisians took on J1 League side Kawasaki Frontale and went into the break with a 1-0 lead.

Lionel Messi, 32 minutes into the first half, scored the only goal for Christophe Galtier's side so far. The Argentinian received a good cross from Achraf Hakimi and crossed to the goalkeeper's far post.

The last Ligue 1 champions went all out and came out with the following starting eleven: Giorgio Donnarumma; Achraf Hakimi, Marquinhos, Sergio Ramos, Presnel Kimpembe, Nuno Mendes; Vitinha, Idrissa Gueye; Messi, Neymar and Kylian Mbappe.

It is worth noting that, for this match, PSG wore their new away shirt, which is mainly grey with black details, very different from the one they wore last season, which was completely black with a grey stripe.
