Leicester to secure Pereira's signature this weekend

According to the 'Daily Mail'', the two clubs reached an agreement over the 24-year-old's transfer fee, at £22million, and are expected to secure the defender ahead of their campaign next season.

Pereira will sign on a five-year contract with The Foxes, after previously stating that he wanted his future wrapped up before jetting off for World Cup preparations with Portugal.

Meanwhile, Leicester remain keen to keep pursuing Manchester City winger Patrick Roberts, in a potential player-swap for their own Riyah Mahrez.

Mahrez has been eager to join the Premier League champions since a transfer deal in January fell through due to differences in valuation.
