Leeds' Gjanni Alioski: 'Marcelo Bielsa does not take losing well'

Bielsa's Leeds have made a very strong start to their Championship campaign, winning five, drawing three and losing just once. 

They sit joint top with Middlesbrough, with Bielsa's high press and demanding tactics proving an early success.

Despite this, Gjanni Alioski revealed that he does not take defeat very well. 

"He still believes in us and he has spoken with us, he has told us what was not good and what we must do better on Friday", Alioski told the 'Daily Mail'. 

"It is good how he shows us and tells us, it is different and we know now when we lose, we will have a very hard week."

"This is football though and sometimes you lose, but it is good to have a coach who hates to lose", he added.
