Le Normand not intend to force his move to Atletico

Centre-back Robin Le Normand could be Atletico's first signing for the 2024-25 season. Everyone practically places him in Diego Pablo Simeone's team for next season. 

According to the latest reports, the defender has said "yes" to the proposal. It remains for Real Sociedad and Atletico to agree on the transfer fee.

'AS' assures that Le Normand is clear that he will not force his way to the Metropolitano. Obviously, he is predisposed to defend the colours of the Madrid team, but he will not push to leave. 

The player is very grateful to Real Sociedad and will respect the time they set for him at Anoeta. Le Normand is in no hurry. 

Le Normand's release clause is 60 million, but Atletico want to pay less. According to 'Noticias de Gipuzkoa', Real are willing to talk about it but do not intend to accept less than 40. 

The deal will go ahead and everything seems to indicate that, sooner or later, Le Normand will end up at Atletico. The 'Colchonero' club is pushing for his arrival as soon as possible, Le Normand wants to start a new project and Real are thinking of turning the page with the money that the defender leaves in their coffers.
